Neerja Bhatt

Being part of an artistically inclined family, I have been intrigued by the art of writing ever since I can remember. I wrote my first complete story at the age of six, which was a fan fiction of the 'Arthur' series. Since then, I have written several poems, short stories, essays, and articles, with some going on to be published in academic journals like the 'Bhavan's Journal'. 

In 2018 I started compiling all my musings in an online blog, which I eventually made private and now use as a personal diary. 

I published my debut fantasy novel in 2021 at the age of fourteen, and have been working on its sequel which is set to release in summer 2024. 

Apart from writing, my hobbies include reading, playing the piano, baking, fitness, and learning about complex biology concepts that inspire me to become a more conscious and involved citizen of our world.
